today was honours day.. it was like.. boring. 840 pple getting awards.. it has lost its touch liao. hahah i still remember when i was sec 2 and got cert of distinction.. so cool. but now.. sian.

YES!! MY PIANO IS FINALLY FIXEDDDDDD!!!!

no more sudden outbursts of sound. hurray. hahah i never felt like this towards piano b4.. last time when i was still in sec 1, 2... piano was one of the most dreaded things. but after learning how to play the guitar better, i realise piano is quite useful too. hahah tts why jus after selling my acoustic piano i cudnt take it anymore and had to buy one until it was SPOILT. but now its repaired after a duration of 5 months since it spoilt (at a cost of $180 no thanks to pianoman shop who told us that warranty was under their shop -.-) and i can go learn stuff now!!

ahhh!! tml is release of mep prelim results. but i heard that we need to do a practice paper first b4 we get back our results :( i think i have returned all my music knowledge back to my notes.

its onli 7 more days to the exams and i think my learning curve has sort of reached its peak.. and it looks like its ready to fall but i shall prevent that from happening as much as possible. lol im talking crap. but anyways wads most impt now is that i do my best by MY standards. thanks yingda for reminding me.

in 3 days time, this yrs guitar orchestra will meet together one last time officially as guitar orchestra 2005. hmm i realli wonder wad nxt yr will be like wif no more jun jie lame jokes, super-on dun hao and shane. lol. and ms ng wants us to wear blazer on friday.

hey. heres a short snippet of my life in the midst of exam mugging.

after physics remedial, the big grp of us go patronise the yoghurt-ice cream thingy shop to get some ice cream. hahah mine rocked.. but the rest of theirs hu ordered weird combos (like fruits and chocolate chip cookie hahah marcus) got some weird tasting stuff.

after reaching home and eating my lunch, i decided to go cut hair instead of going tml cos tml i want to study. i check my wallet and i had exactly $11.20. enuf for one hair cut and one bubble tea ^^

today i got my hair cut by the only male hairdresser at clementi EC house. he rox la. super pro. can cut my hair the way i want it and not freak out cos hes not doing it within the 10 minute limit.

after that i go to the bubble tea stall at clementi and order honey dew sago. while waiting for them to prepare the stuff, we notice a blind man tapping the floor with his cane, and saying 'hello, hello' in quite a loud voice. so means he needs help lah. i dint want to go help him yet.. cos still must collect my drink wad.

until he walked to the edge of the stairs (and was tapping precariously at air). so no choice i dont wait for my drink and went to help him. i ask him wad help he needs and he says he needs to go to the terminal for 173 so i bring him there. on the way there he asks if i have any money for him to take the bus. at first i say i had no money.. but in the end i gave him $1. i read a newspaper article on how u can help blind pple, and one of them is that if your bus comes first u can ask someone to take over your responsibility of helping him to the bus so i ask a lady in the queue if she cud help him. to my horror she mouthed in a veri soft voice, something along the lines of 'i have seen him quite often and am quite fed up of him'. i dint hear the whole thing but i did hear 'fed up'. she also told me that he cud see a bit in one eye. after that she moved to the back of the queue to avoid him.

i cudnt take it anymore so i left him when i decided that he cud make it to the bus on his own. i went to stand at the 165/7 terminal and im glad i saw him off on the bus, so in other words he got on the bus safely.

you may think that i would be happy cos i did the textbook thing of helping a blind person. but i felt super down. i jus sat on the bus playing handphone and thinking about this. its like.. helping him to the bus stop wasnt the most hip thing u can do in public already.. u leave your order to help somebody and end up somebody else at the bus stop cudnt care less. its realli sad. and a few times the thought crossed my mind that he cud have cheated me of my money. i was so sad i just pangsehed the bubble tea stall, even tho i noe they wud have given me the drink without asking me to pay.

i cant take it anymore.













okay i shall (try to) leave everything that was b4 today behind me (for now).













i will:
stop comparing myself to others
plan my work properly
and carry out the work.













i only have so much time. i cannot:
1. finish 10 physics papers
2. finish all the other homework which is:
a. core maths paper
b. advanced maths paper
c. ihs
d. wait still remember got somemore
3. train my guitar to grade 8 to the end of this year
4. aim for distinction for my grade 8 (or just to get a merit)
5. study the 100+ chapters combined of physics, chem, ad maths and core maths
6. keep sane
7. keep happy
8. study mep
in these 3 weeks before the exams. i need to prioritise.













pace yourself.
stop asking people what homework have you done on msn.
stop trying to beat moli (one of my biggest mistakes)













or maybe its just human nature.













sometimes i wonder why i blog.

heyy.

today was teachers day holiday. i woke up at 9:30 and went for 'theory class' at holland village.. but i had forgotten wad time i arranged it so i reached arnd 10:15. and the music school was closed.. so i went shopping and left. then arnd 12 the piano teacher called me and she said she thot i arranged for 11:30 -.-

just now went to see chinese physician... its realli cool. his whole office onli got fans.. cos air con not healthy mah. he also used a combination of modern technology and dunno wad techniques.. but his flashlight to look down ur nose and throat all no battery.. he uses modern machinery to measure ur blood pressure but puts the stethoscope (how u spell it?) at ur upper arm when he is taking ur blood pressure (dunno for wad) and the way he takes height and weight.. mass parallex error. my weight almost became 51kg lor lol.. and he smashes the weighing scale arnd and measures ur height using measuring tape. lolol.

but he is seriously veri pro. hahah im supposedly stressed and dun drink enuf water. and my sis is so skinny cos she gets irritated before mealtimes and loses her appetite. lolol.

but the most expected thing.. just now i had to take the medicine. its so bitter u can CRY. even if u dilute it and add sugar its still bad. lol. well.. onli 6 more days... 0.0
